Laura Linney
Laura Linney was born in New York, New York on February 5, 1964. She is an American actor best known for her talent in portraying strong characters who are also at risk. Linney was born into an actor's family, since her father Romulus Linney plays a writer. In 1986, she graduated from Brown University. She then pursued a degree in Theatre at Arts Theatre School Moscow before getting her degree from Juilliard School with a M.F.A. New York City. The actress began performing on Broadway receiving awards for roles such as Six Degrees of Separation or Hedda Galer.
