Molly grew up in Pennsylvania and started working professionally as a teenager at the Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater. Her first professional production was The Snow Queen. Her nomination was for a Barrymore Award nominee for her character of Little Red Ridinghood at the Arden Theater's production of Into the Woods. The role was reprised in the production when she made her Broadway debut in Into the Woods at Broadway, in 2002. Molly was awarded a Drama League Award for this performance. Molly has also appeared as a character in Fiddler on the Roof, the Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof in 2004. After graduating from Princeton University, where she graduated with a B.A. with a major in religion and joined the Triangle Club member, Molly attended Princeton University. in Religious Studies.
